What is THE FORGE?: Simple Business Management for clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, receipts and team access.
Is it a CRM?: It includes customer records, but it is organised around the day-to-day work rather than a sales pipeline.
What is included?: One active business, three users and the core client, job, photo, quote, invoice and receipt tools.
Can I switch the business on my account?: Yes. Replacing the business in the included slot is not the same as adding a second concurrent business.
Can I add another business?: Yes, when the UK expansion is active.
How many people can use it?: Three users are included. More capacity can be added when needed.
Can I cancel?: Yes. Billing is managed from the Billing area with no lifetime commitment.
What happens when I archive something?: It stays recoverable for 15 days, then becomes eligible for permanent deletion.
Can I make invoices and receipts?: Yes.
Does it work on mobile and desktop?: Yes.
Where do I get help?: Use Help & Support inside the application.
